Executive 7/8 bedroomed home with large pool + Jacuzzi, on the largest plot on Hampton Lakes . The maximum occupancy is 16 per home. We have an identical 7 bedroom next door which can cater for up to 32 guests in these 2 homes combined. We are also agents for other large homes on the same estate so can cater for very large groups.
This home is very large with approximately 4000 square feet of air conditioned living space. The home has many built in upgraded features and is furnished in an executive style.
For the pleasure of our guest the garage has been converted into a games room with pool table and on the far side of the games room there is a den that can double up as bedroom 8. The main TV in the lounge area has a 60 inch screen and the home has 3 other televisions. The estate has extensive communal facilities including large communal pool, tennis, basket ball and children's play area. Fishing and golf are in close proximity to the home.
These homes are popular with corportate clients, and the holiday dates tend to get booked very early.
