Deposit of $200 /£125 non-returnable on booking.
Balance + $200 /£125 security due 8 weeks before entry. Security deposit will be mailed back to you within 14 days upon satisfactory checkout by Management Company.
Pool heat is $25/£15 per day/ or $150 /£90 per week to be requested in advance
