This exquisitely-designed 2-storey Lakeside Villa is in a very prestigious

Both these Masters have huge en-suite bathrooms each with large shower cubicles, large baths, his & hers vanity units, private wc's, walk-in wardrobes, and hair dryers. One of the master bedrooms has its own balcony overlooking the lake. The other master bedroom has its own direct access to the pool. There are 3 more bedrooms, two of these have a pair of twin beds in each, the third bedroom has a twin bed and bunk beds.
The excellent kitchen comes with every convenience. Large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, full-size electric cooker, microwave, toaster, food blender, coffee maker, electric can-opener, waste-disposal unit and dishwasher. All the quality crockery and cutlery you could want; saucepans, bowls, jugs, tea towels, dishcloths, chef's knives. The breakfast bar complete with stools for casual eating. There is a breakfast nook and a formal dining room.
The laundry room has large American-style appliances that take large loads. There is an ironing board and steam iron. 2 top-of-the-range Strollers, Highchair, Booster seat, Fullsize Cot, Fold-away Crib, and a man-sized Barbeque, all FREE.
The large deck and pool is south facing with underwater lighting. There is a very large Lanai with ceiling fan, large deck with a good selection of quality chairs loungers and tables.
