Three bedrooms upstairs, one double, two twin all with walk-in closets and leading to the family bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms has an additional TV and telephone.
Two family lounges, dining room, kitchen, breakfast bar, cloakroom, utility room and double garage are on ground floor.
32ft by 15ft pool with deck, fine mesh screen, new pool furniture and the fenced in grass garden is completely private and not overlooked.
