This luxurious and spacious holiday villa is located within the peaceful and prestigious residential suburb of Rolling Hills just off Highway 192. This prime location is just five minutes drive from Disney Maingate and close to many other attractions.
The fully air conditioned luxury furnished accommodation consists of an open plan lounge, with multi channel cable television and hi-fi. The lounge exits via the patio doors onto the large enclosed pool area and deck. Ceiling fan throughout provides additional comfort.
The fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer with icemaker. The utility room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The formal dining area is open plan, light and relaxing, seats 8 adults in comfort. The telephones provide free local calls and offer a credit card facility for long distance calls.
The master bedroom, has a king size bed, separate TV and walk-in closet with a large sumptuous en-suite bathroom off. The other bedrooms host a queen sized bed, and two rooms with two singles.
At the rear of the villa is the large fully screened heated pool (with submerged lighting) and private deck area. The terrace is furnished with comfortable, padded poolside chairs, table and loungers and overlooks an open conservation area.
