Our recently constructed, fully airconditioned beautiful home in Florida Pines has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and its own private heated pool. Florida Pines is located off US27 close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition there is a childrens playground and a community swimming pool.
The Villa is 15 mins from Disney World and there are several golf courses within 10 mins drive. Orlando International Airport is approx 30 mins away, Sanford Airport is approx 1 hour. Ideally situated in the centre of the State the Gulf Coast beaches are approx 90 mins drive, whilst the Atlantic Coast (home to kennedy Space Centre) and Cocoa and Daytona Beaches are a 1 hour drive.
The luxury villa has 2 beautifully furnished lounge areas with cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. One lounge has formal dining area. It has a fully fitted kitchen with full size oven and hob, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and all utensils etc. Also in the kitchen area is a table and chairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walkin closet, TV and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own TV with Playstation 2. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds. All have fitted closets with ample hanging space, and furnished to a high standard. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the lounge which allows for 10 people to be comfortably accommodated.
The pool area is fully screened with a range of pool furniture. Towels are provided. The pool area is west facing which affords full afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets. Pool heat is available at a cost of £75 or US$ equivalent per week. A barbeque is also provided.
The price includes all electricity, linens, towels etc and an iron and ironing board are provided along with hair dryer etc.
The property has a telephone provided allowing for free local calls, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available locally.
For families with smaller children cots, highchairs and strollers are available. These items require pre-booking as follows:
Cots $15 per week - $25 for two weeks
Highchair $15 per week - $25 for two weeks
Stroller $10 per week - $15 for two weeks
Or
A full baby package may be provided to include all of the above for $35 per week or $55 for two weeks.
This superb vacation home is well equipped and furnished to a high standard in typical Floridian style.
