It is within easy driving distance of many restaurants and shopping malls and a number of sandy beaches on the Gulf . There are several golf courses locally to choose from.

North Port is within 20 minutes from Gulf of Mexico, with one of the best all year climates for vacationing. It has relaxed country settings and easy access to all the city conveniences. This unique villa has a very large lanai and heated pool. Fishing in the canal is allowed. The kitchen has many electric amenities, including dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer. There is a 220 volt plug if using UK electrical goods.
