The villa is set on a landscaped lot and is looking onto a green belt and surrounded by pinetrees for privacy, with the pool south facing gaining daytime sun. It is built to a high standard in open-plan standard, with quality furnishings with a designer look.
Master bedroom with King size d/b, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bathroom is equipped with hairdryer for guest use. The master bedroom has access to patio & pool.
Second bedroom with garden views and has a double bed and generous wardrobes. Third bedroom has twin single beds and built-in wardrobes.
Family room and lounge with Cable TV Radio CD centre and home audio system throughout the villa.
The dining area can be set for fine dining, table, 6 chairs.
Open plan fully fitted kitchen with breakfast / casual dining Nook leading to patio. The kitchen has multiple cabinets, electric cooker / range & microwave, dishwasher, f/f & icemaker, toaster, electric can opener, masses of crockery, glassware, flatware & cooking utensils plus plastic tumblers for poolside use.
All living areas are air-conditioned and ceiling fans in addition.
We have Wi Fi Internet throughout the villa along with a computer onsite for your use.
Telephone access is provided at no charge for local calls.
All bed linen and towels are provided. The good sized pool has a safety screen. Eectric pool heating available at extra cost. This may only be needed in the coolest months and can be paid for locally, if required.
