The Area
Hampton Lakes itself is an up-market resort community and, in addition to the villa’s own facilities, there is a residents’ area, with a large outdoor pool and children’s play area as well as tennis, volleyball and basketball, which is open to everyone who stays in our villa. The area in general is beautifully landscaped and (as you would expect) there are two lakes within the community.
It is located on US-27, 3 miles from its junction with highway 192, famous as “the strip”, with hundreds of eating, drinking, shopping and entertainment opportunities. Alternatively, you can take I-4 to the junction with 27 and head north for about 5 miles. Locating Hampton Lakes is simple and we will provide detailed instructions.
There is a 24-hour supermarket under 5 minutes away, with drug stores and other essential amenities likewise very near. Endless dining options are available on Highway 192 and the area has many golf courses open to the public.
Hampton Lakes is comfortably inside the “magic circle” of communities within 15 minutes travelling time of Walt Disney world. The furthest local attraction is Universal Studios, around 30 minutes away and all the local holiday delights (as well as regional attractions like Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and both coasts) are easily reached via the superb and extensive network of fast roads, which is being added-to all the time.
Attractions
The Orlando area of Florida is world famous for its unrivalled tourist attractions and our villa is under 15 minutes travelling time from the most famous - the Disney themes parks : Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Disney Animal Kingdom, Epcot Center and Disney / MGM Studios.
Other fabulous attractions include Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, Wet ‘n’ Wild, Gatorland, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Skull Kingdom, Splendid China, Silver Springs, Wonderworks, Theme dinners and crazy golf.
All of these are easily reached via a short drive and the beaches on both coasts are also easy to get to.
